Swedish canoe enthusiast Svante Freden builds and sells a folding reflector oven based on his own design. This reflector oven design has integrated hinges to reduce weight and gives a nice clean look without sharp edges.
With a reflector oven you can bake bread, biscuits, muffins and even pizza in camp! This oven folds flat to slip in easily in your portage pack, accepts 9″ round pans. You can place more than one oven around the same fire. Folds up design with handle on top and wire rack for cooking. Dimensions: 16″ x 11.5″ tall, when open, weight: 1lb 13oz
The best heat for baking comes from flames and then use the embers to grill whatever you want to have with bread. Turn the pan now and then because the oven is the warmest in the back.
Svante also generously makes DIY plans available so you can make your own – PDF Reflector Oven Plans

My Scoutmaster had one of these when I was a youth. We always cooked and camped as Patrols but once and a while a Scout would have a birthday on a campout. He would use his oven very similar to this one and cook cupcakes for us to eat and sing happy birthday to that lucky boy!
