Dear Clarke,
Thanks once again (and every week) for an informative and inspirational podcast. I look forward to every Monday and have yet to come away empty handed. A written goal sheet was one of the things we had the Scouts complete at the beginning of the year, and those sheets serve as a basic measure of progress when the Scout has his Scoutmaster conference. Having the adult leaders complete a similar sheet is a fantastic idea.
Just wanted to post a brief comment to tell you how much we appreciate your insight, and also the great comments from other Scouters across the country.
