Remember how we could hardly wait to get going? How do we best help him realize what we’ve promised? All he really needs from us is an opportunity. We don’t have to create energy, he has plenty! Most of the time all we need to do is get out of the way! All of our work, all those papers and forms, all of the plans and logistics, have just one aim – creating opportunities for that energy and eagerness.
