What works, what doesn’t and what’s new?
The Scoutmaster blog started with it’s first post in October of 2005, just over ten years ago (it’s titled “Why Scouting?”) The first podcast was published on January 25th 2010 – exactly five years ago today.
During 300 episodes I’ve been privileged to connect with Scouters all over the world, and the one thing I know for certain that we all experience the same challenges, achieve the same victories, share the same aim – to help young people. The principles of Scouting apply no matter where we are.
Looking ahead, what should I stop doing, start doing, and continue doing?

“Looking ahead, what should I stop doing, start doing, and continue doing?”
I started a troop here in Hilo back in August. For me, I thought the “Colorado Experiment” series were good. I thought that if you maybe mentored a new troop through, to hear about the problems they have (which gotta be similar to mine, I think), and hear your ideas on them, would be great.
Congratulations on 300 Podcasts ! Thanks so much for all of your wisdom and help.
