Dr. Sugutra Mitra is an educational researcher whose TED talk about his “hole in the wall” experiments launched a revolutionary educational idea that has many parallels to the foundations of Scouting. Scouting has always been a self organized learning experience, and Dr. Mutra’s thoughts will help us keep our programs headed in that direction.
