Thanks SM Clark for another great ScoutCircle!
I just listened to it in route from PA to NC on the way back from the Thanksgiving holiday. I will admit that I felt better about what my unit is doing on Webelos to Scout transition upon discovering that we do many of the same things. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication. It is most appreciated!

I put something like to together for the crossover scouts from my pack. It was a booklet that had seperate tabs for information about the troop, uniform, difference between webelos and boy scouts, medical form, parent resource survey, contact/vehicle information, an article from backpackinglight.com on beginning backpacking/camping equipment for a new boy scout, items to have in a daypack (sort of our version of a bug-out-bag..10 essentials for hiking, etc), youth application form and an adult application form, schedule of events, and a guide to summer camp…made for a very good information packet to give to the parents and it was well received.
